Cross country and volleyball practices begin on Monday, Aug. 7 at the high school. Cross country from 3pm to 4:30pm. Volleyball from 9am to 11:30am.
Football practice begins on Monday, Aug. 7th. It will be from 4 to 7 pm. Bus will leave Armstrong at 3 pm and leave Potomac Casey's at 3:10 pm. You only need to bring cleats.
